The Fix Chardonnay is pale straw in color with green hues. The nose shows tropical passionfruit and citrus aromas with melon and peach overtones. Full of crisp tropical and citrus fruit flavors, complemented by subtle hints of vanillin oak this wine lingers on the palate.

- At release the wine is a pale straw with a slight green tinge to the edge. - - - The wine has very lifted, fresh aroma of tropical fruit, passionfruit, lemon, lime and a subtle rosewater character. - - - The wine has clean, fresh flavours of citrus and a touch of spice. The mid palate displays guava and melon characters with an overall well-balanced acidity. The finish is refreshing and fruity.

Pale yellow, the Stumbling Block is a great example of Clare Semillon given a subtle twist with the whisper of Sauvignon Blanc. Aromas of tropical fruits leap from the glass in the subtly powerful bouquet. Full and round in the mouth the Stumbling Block shows hints of gooseberries, banana and ripe honeydew melon, rounded off with a touch of spice and tangy lime. It has a lovely fresh dry lingering finish, best drunk cool, not cold to allow the fullness of flavour to emerge to its best advantage.

炭酸を感じさせるシャキッとした辛口の飲み口。

The use of only the very best 500 litres per tonne of grapes has resulted in this wine being very intensely flavoured and aromatic. The wine has very lifted riesling character with citrus aromatics of lime and lemon. The palate is seamless with moderate viscosity and brisk acid finish. Use as an aperitif or with any seafood. Riesling wines from Clare Valley are most enjoyable when young and zesty, or left to mature beyond five years of age. This wine has been sealed with screw cap to ensure its freshness and authenticity.

Tim Adams Riesling won the Hyatt International Riesling Challenge.

Tim Adams Riesling was awarded Gold at the Canberra Riesling Challenge 2009. This is an amazing achievement for an Australian wine, considering that Riesling is the flagship wine of Germany. Over 70 German Rieslings were entered in this competition, with Tim Adams’ coming out on top.

A sublime aroma of lemon zest, fresh kaffir lime and a hint of roses and talc.

The Clare fruit delivers restrained power with ample tight acidity and citrus flavours while the Eden Valley fruit adds a touch of mineral complexity. The resultant wine shows flavours of fresh lemon, subtle kaffir lime, a steely mid-palate with cleansing acidity. The wine has an underlying mineral character which adds to the elegance of the wine.

- Pale yellow with a light green hue.
- At first the wine appears reserved although with a closer inspection the wine has lifted varietal aromas of lemon, lime, pear, and slightly floral perfume.
- A wine with substantial palate weight showing great depth and generosity of flavour. The palate is zesty with citrus flavours carried throughout and long after the wine has left the mouth. The structure is rich, full and long but the finish is soft and elegant. The wine is restrained yet generous and will reward further cellaring.
